HOW TO GET STARTED WITH PLANABOUT
Getting started is easy! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process of signing
up and working with PlanAbout, so you can get control of your NDIS plan today.
STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
Contact us so we can discuss your goals and how we can assist you in achieving them.
Once you’re ready to sign up with us we can send you our Service Agreement.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
We will send you our Welcome Pack which includes the Service Agreement. It’s important that you read through this carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
You will need to provide us with some details from your NDIS plan, so it’s a good idea to have that handy.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
We need to know who your providers are so we can pay them.
We will reach out to your providers and work with them to set up service bookings based on the Schedule of Supports you have agreed with them. We will collaborate with them about invoices.
STEP 4: START GETTING YOUR INVOICES PAID
Your provider can now send us invoices to be paid. You can let us know how you would like to approve them:
- You can give us standing approval to pay all invoices
- Or you can approve each invoice as it comes in
